We face challenges such as increasing energy efficiency and reducing energy consumption in operations — and since we have successfully addressed these ourselves, we now offer the same expertise and solutions to our customers.
Comprehensive energy audit and turnkey energy efficiency solutions
As part of the company’s internal capacities, we have experienced energy auditors and designers. We also offer these resources to our customers through the following services:
- Provision of energy audits
- Preparation of energy certificates for real estate
- Preparation of technical solutions to reduce the energy intensity of operations
- Providing guaranteed energy services for financing energy-saving measures
- Physical installation of energy sources (cogeneration units, photovoltaics, boilers)
- Design and engineering activities in the field of electrical energy
Our service philosophy is not focused on delivering just the technology, but on providing turnkey services.
Before implementing the technological solution, we assess the suitability of deploying the available technology with an impact on the lifecycle of the investment for the customer.
In addition to the technical assessment, the provided service also includes financial analysis of the investment. For customers, we can also offer the option of favorable financing through leasing technology or through guaranteed energy services, where the investment is repaid from the savings achieved after the new technology is implemented.

Design, engineering, construction and technological activities for the energy management of VUKVET modules.
Connection to the own heating and electrical systems (primarily lighting).

Low-temperature VÚKVET application for district heating (CZT)
Scope of delivery:
Engineering services and supply of VÚ-KVET equipment, and integration of heat into the district heating network (CZT) and electrical energy into the 22kV distribution network (RDS).
P = 2x 1560kWe/2x1600kWt, 100% of the heat consumed within the CZT system and electricity supply to the 22kV RDS.
