Dual education system
The dual education system plays a crucial role in shaping the future workforce, and like many companies in Slovakia, we fully realize that the secret to success — as well as our bright future and prospects — lies in people. Having good employees is every entrepreneur’s dream.
That’s why we decided to take an active part in this system and train our own skilled employees. On January 22, 2018, we took the first step by obtaining a certificate of eligibility to provide practical training within the dual education system at our workplace for the field of study Toolmaker, with a maximum number of 9 students. On December 21, 2018, our certificate was extended to include another field of study — Mechanic – Electrical Engineer, with a maximum number of 4 students.
