Dimensions and controls

Our rotary drum screen has overall dimensions of 9500 mm (length) x 2500 mm (width). Its control is simple and precise thanks to the frequency converter, which is installed in the switchboard. A potentiometer located on the switchboard allows adjustment of the screen rotation speed, giving the operator full control over the process.

Electric input

The total electrical input of our screen is 9 kW. Of the total power, 7.5 kW is the power input of the screen itself and another 1.5 kW is the power input of the conveyor. This efficient energy distribution ensures optimal operation of the device.

Speed of rotation

The sieve achieves an optimal rotation speed of 68 revolutions per minute. The operator can easily adjust this speed using a potentiometer to achieve optimal material separation results.

Weight

The total weight of our rotary drum sieve is 8275 kg, which guarantees its stability and reliability during long-term operation.
